Sharon came to mediumship with curiosity that became intense interest and blossomed into a calling. As a young woman, mediums and psychics always fascinated her in a way she didn’t quite understand.

During the first half of her adult life, she raised her children, for many years as a single mother, working in the corporate world as an administrative assistant to support her family. She assumed this was her life’s purpose, to provide for her family. Life changed dramatically when she met her husband, Lee, and with him, embarked on a journey of self-discovery as an artist. For 20 years the two created many beautiful sculptures, many of which can be seen throughout the state of Florida.

At midlife, she experienced a profound opening during a meditation. Having always being drawn to books and movies involving the afterlife, she began watching other mediums at work. She realized this was her path and searched far and wide for community and learning, finding a local development circle that ultimately led her to her mentor, world renowned medium, Mavis Pitilla. Her time spent with Mavis, helped her to understand the sacredness of mediumship, the importance of being a medium’s medium, and the role that medium’s play in the healing of those here on earth, as well as those people now in the spirit world.

Sharon embraces those in the spirit world without agenda, allowing them the freedom to communicate with their loved ones in their own unique way. It is her belief that this freedom allows the deepest of healing possible to take place for all parties involved.

Her kind and gentle nature helps her clients to feel at ease, allowing the deepest of communication to take place.

After many years of study, she began running development circles of her own and discovered a love for teaching mediumship.

Sharon loves to work with beginning students, nurturing them with kindness and acceptance to support their unfoldment, the slow process of learning to communicate with those in the spirit world. The most precious aspect of her teaching is watching new students begin to connect with the spirit world, and helping them to believe in themselves. Her teaching methods are kind, supportive and encouraging, encompassing her belief that we are all unique. She works with each of her students based on their own individual needs in the understanding that there are no two of us that are exactly alike and tailors her teachings to best suit the development of each individual student.

She believes each and every connection to the spirit world is sacred, and her readings and group demonstrations are a treasure to her.

In early 2022, she began teaching at Whole Medium Academy along with founders Amy Utsman and Nancy Scheel. The three have a very holistic approach to their teaching, and provide a safe supportive environment for those who wish to strengthen their connection with their loved ones, or develop their abilities to do readings for others.
